The Feature of Rubber Track

A premium grade rubber track is made of all natural rubber compounds that are blended with highly durable synthetics. A high volume of carbon black make premium tracks more heat and gouge resistant, increasing their overall service life when operating on hard abrasive surfaces.Our premium tracks also use continuously wound steel cables embedded deep within the thick carcass to build strength and rigidity. Additionally, our steel cables receive a coat of vulcanized wrapped rubber to help protect them from deep gouges and moisture that could corrode them if not protected.

How to confirm a replacement rubber track size:

To ensure you receive the appropriate mini excavator replacement tracks, you need to know the following information. The make, model, and year of the vehicle The Rubber Track Size = Width x Pitch x Number of Links (described below) The Guiding System Size = Outside Guide Bottom x Inside Guide Bottom x Inside Lug Height (described below)

Generally, the track has a stamp with the information about its size on the inside. If you don’t find the mark for the size, you can get an estimate of it yourself by adhering to the industry standard and following the steps mentioned below:

• Measure the pitch, which is the center to center distance between the drive lugs, in millimeters.
• Measure its width in millimeters.
• Count the total number of links, also known as teeth or drive lugs, in your machine.
• The industry standard formula to measure the size is:
